SAGA was founded in 1978 by the initiative of four partners still active in the company which, united by a common experience in the field, decided to undertake the business of manufacturing moulds for injection of thermoplastics components.
Over the years the company has implemented its structure, creating the moulding department and integrating it with all the addotional processes, thus being able to achieve the goal of providing a complete service to the customer.
Through continuous technological growth and an operational approach
work-group, SAGA is able to respond quickly to the needs of current and potential customers and to ensure them the achievement and the replicability of success in the fields of components for automotive, electronics, electrical components, high precision parts and design for household and home appliances.
Our "Project Managers" have grown inside our company thus becoming important people for SAGA production process.
The achieved know how guarantee the greatest synergy, thus reducing the overall design development.

Thanks to the advanced product quality planning (APQP), every aspect of the product is preventively analyzed at "zero defects" point of view to guarantee the maximum effectiveness, efficiency and reliability of the itself product.
Since 1996 SAGA obtained the CISQ NET ISO 9002 certification for the injection moulding. At this moment SAGA has the ISO 9001 certification and achieved in 2013 the standard ISO TS 16949 certification for the whole quality system.
The main equipment available in this dept are two 3D optical control machine with camera integrated and two steroscopic microscopes for the daily production control.
